Job Description:
Contractor Request for Marketing Programs & Promotions. Help manage our Personal Use Program where dealers/distributors can purchase equipment at a discount. Marketing Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up to-date list of Personal Use Program (PUP) distributor and dealer profiles.
- Work with distributor contacts to troubleshoot dealer/distributor PUP account setup issues.
- Collaborate with the PUP order services team on PUP orders edits or cancellations, issuing credit card refund or additional payment requests.
- Maintain PUP Shopify stores' product databases for phased out and new products.
- Coordinate with Pricing Team members to keep Shopify store PUP pricing current in Shopify stores.
- On occasion, present an overview of the PUP program to dealer or distributor groups.
- Work with CRNA and SAP payment teams to assure distributor invoice payments are processed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline).
- Experience in assisting with dealer programs, specifically in the context of new dealer initiatives such as the ICP new dealer AIM program.
- Ability to maintain and update vendor partner relationships, ensuring they are informed of the latest product lists, sales team personnel changes, and other relevant information.
- Proficient in managing TOS (Type of Service) codes, including their identification and application in equipment tracking.
- Demonstrated skills in analyzing and improving existing processes for obtaining new TOS codes to enhance efficiency.
- Experience in creating standardized templates for delivering TOS code data to distributors, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and clarify any TOS or product-related issues that arise during the compilation of lists.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to-date lists by regularly removing obsolete TOS codes and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to field questions and resolve inquiries from distributors regarding TOS code listings, providing timely and effective support.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.
