The Product Designer will be responsible for creating amazing user experiences across the TicketManager SaaS Platform. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess proven UI skills, and be able to translate high level requirements transforming them into beautiful and functional user interfaces.
*This role is In-Office, Monday-Friday*
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement solutions for product direction, visuals, and experiences across the TicketManager platform
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Work with customers, engineering, marketing, sales and operations to understand pain points, and brainstorm ways to improve our products
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, animations, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Present and defend key design deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
1-3+ years of work experience in a collaborative, data-driven environment
Proficient in design and prototyping in Figma
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other visual design and wireframing tools desired, but not required
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not required
Insanely curious and data-driven
Familiarity with responsive design and designing for mobile-first environments
Proven UI design skill with a strong portfolio
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
Experience in SaaS and Internet based products and services strongly preferred
Passion to stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Self-motivated, takes ownership, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, autonomous environment
TicketManager Highlights:
$65,000 - $75,000 base salary
