Provides direct customer service in order to connect patrons to appropriate resources, programs and services. Welcomes and offers assistance to patrons.Performs circulation functions.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field required
Work Experience: 2 years of customer service experience; library and/or bookstore experience preferred.

- Collaborating with a dedicated team to bring innovative ideas and a commitment to excellence to the library experience.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of customer service experience is essential, with preference given to candidates with library or bookstore experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and basic computer skills are vital. Familiarity with library management systems, effective public speaking, and a passion for serving diverse communities will set you apart.

- May work with volunteers.
- Assist in reference area or children's services as needed.

- Performs other duties as assigned and required.
