Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Paid Search and Etailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our paid search campaigns and etailer strategies to drive online visibility, quality traffic, and sales for our B2B internet, telephone, and cloud services across digital and inbound channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads, in close collaboration with agency, platform representatives, internal media team members, and internal boundary partners.
  • Manage sales leads and targets associated with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and etailer efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement branded and non-branded paid search strategies.
  • Balance SEM and etailer PPC bid ecosystems to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee etailer partnerships and strategies to maximize leads and sales from 3rd party websites and call centers, tracking incentives and performance, supporting program success and ensuring brand compliance.
  • Understand the functions of cox.com website and digital sales funnels and apply SEM strategies to maximize digital capabilities and performance.
  • Support efficient growth and optimization of quality inbound call volume, growing sellable volume and reducing non-sellable calls from paid media.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and digital to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
  • Leverage budding AI PPC capabilities to enhance campaign performance, working with technology teams to enable proper data into and out of management platforms, to properly test and measure new tactics.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and ROI optimization for paid search campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, campaign outcomes, and future opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns and etailer strategies, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in Paid Search / SEM / PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B digital marketing principles, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and others.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships with outside vendors and internal stakeholders.
Preferred
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).
  • Experience in telecommunications industry desired


USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
