NuHire, LLC is hiring: UI/UX Designer - Digital Experiences - Hybrid in Cary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for both internal and external applications. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from user research and concept development to prototyping and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and successful project delivery.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
• Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
