We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Integrated Marketing to join our dynamic team.

The Manager of Integrated Marketing is at the forefront of driving traffic and revenue for our global omnichannel business, leveraging innovative marketing strategies and executing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. By uniting diverse teams -marketing, creative, merchandising, store experience, and ecommerce - this role ensures consistent messaging and seamless execution across all channels, driving efficiency and impact. This position also identified market opportunities, leverages insights to form strategies, and optimizes campaign performance directly contributing to Build-A-Bears competitive edge, market share expansion, and long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and oversee high-volume global marketing campaigns and marketing programs • Collaborate and manage marketing partnerships with top tier partners • Work cross functionally to support marketing execution and timelines • Provide guidance and feedback on creative content

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or related field in an omnichannel environment • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Proficient in Project Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 8-10 years related experience • Global specialty brand retail experience • MBA
