We're searching for a Manager, Offline Marketing to support in the planning, execution, and optimization of all of our direct mail and integrated media campaigns at Havenly. Reporting to our Director of Performance Marketing, our ideal candidate will bring a passion for offline marketing channels and strong project management and analytics experience. Our ideal candidate will take a thoughtful, data-driven approach to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough results and growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a fast-growing and well-known consumer startup.
What You'll Do:
- Manage direct mail campaigns across brand portfolio, including catalogs and programmatic direct mail
- Support and execute on CTV, OOH and audio/podcast campaigns
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors
- Project manage internal and external processes to ensure accurate, on-schedule delivery of assets and data
- Optimize list selection across buyer and prospect audiences for direct mail
- Draft campaign briefs and collaborate closely with Creative team on art/content, format, and specs, balancing brand elevation with direct marketing best practices
- Budget / allocate spend in line with sales curve; track invoicing across all vendors
- Analyze campaign results, extract insights across vendor reporting and multi-attribution data and transform them into actionable recommendations that will optimize channel performance; regularly share learnings with marketing leadership and broader organization
- Deploy test-and-learn roadmap across all offline channels
- Support special projects such as local marketing and retail
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and broader paid media landscape
- Identify opportunities to unlock savings and operational efficiencies
- 3-5+ years' experience in an offline marketing role, with an understanding of performance marketing KPIs, tactics, and tools
- Background in direct mail and/or TV, audio and OOH media
- Desire and excitement to find and evaluate new opportunities for growth
- Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
- A preference for those with experience in consumer businesses and familiarity with offline marketing within the context of a broader media mix
- An understanding of other paid channels such as paid social or display is a great bonus!
- Bachelor's degree required
- You are detail-oriented and possess extraordinary organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- You are data-driven, and comfortable interpreting and acting on performance data

- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-based environment
- This is a hybrid full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO. The expectation for this role is that the individual will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $80K-$90K/year, dependent upon experience.
