Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and manage a team of Print Production Assistants, ensuring smooth workflow, scheduling and proofing for all print projects.
- Work with external vendors to route proofs, secure approvals and keep accurate records.
- Monitor updates and clarify proofing comments to ensure top quality.
- Recruit, train and inspire the team to achieve high productivity and exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in print production and project management.
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
