Key Responsibilities

Lead Customer Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute customer marketing initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Customer Communications & Campaigns : Craft and deliver customer-centric communications, including email marketing, newsletters, webinars, and video content, that engage customers, highlight product value, and promote upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop messaging that highlights the value of product updates, professional services, and training offerings. Ensure customers are well-informed and can leverage new features for success. Advocacy & Customer Engagement : Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews, share their success stories, and participate in case studies or testimonials. Customer Segmentation & Targeting:

Develop and execute segmented marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer groups, ensuring that each segment receives the right messaging, offers, and opportunities for engagement. Internal Enablement:

Collaborate with internal teams to enable customer-facing teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to communicate effectively with customers and promote key offerings. Measure & Optimize:

Monitor the performance of customer marketing initiatives, analyze engagement metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Thought Leadership & Innovation:

Stay current with industry trends, proactively bringing fresh ideas and innovative tactics to enhance customer experience and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, or related roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling customer-facing content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including product, sales, customer success, and other marketing functions. A deep empathy for customers and a passion for delivering an exceptional experience. You should understand customer pain points, challenges, and motivations, and be able to design campaigns that resonate with them.
