They are well-funded, and are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to join their team and help shape the future of customer experience and brand.

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer empathy and a passion for design. We are seeking candidates who are eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

UI/UX Design:

Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes and final designs for the web. Collaborative Development:

Work closely with the product and development teams during implementation to ensure that design concepts are translated into fully functional and visually compelling features. Graphic Design:

Take charge of marketing design projects as needed, including overhauling the website, designing promotional materials, creating email templates, and generally maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Branding and Visual Identity:

Develop and maintain the visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, printed materials, and promotional items. Project Management:

Oversee complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years of UI/UX software product design experience in web app/desktop experiences. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (industrial, information architecture, interaction design, graphics, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality user experience designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with developers and a good sense of the technical feasibility of designs. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with user research and usability testing.

Location:

Must reside within commuting distance of Ashburn, VA to support a flexible hybrid (in-office + remote) work style.
