As the License & Creative Liaison, you will be responsible for processing thousands of licensed art files from our core library and updating them to meet print-on-demand standards & our printing techniques. You will own this process all the way through submitting to the licensor, gaining approvals, and prepping for ecommerce merchandisers. Additionally, you will help to manage all these files and data to support both the Creative, Franchise Planning, and account management teams.

What You'll Do Identify whitespace across our portfolio and pull designs from Hybrid Apparel core business to utilize in the Digital space Modify existing artwork and prep for digital, transfer, and screen printing Manage graphic and marketing submissions for all licensed graphics that have been repurposed for POD Research and stay up to date on licensor/franchise requirements to ensure that any issues or blatant brand violations are addressed and corrected immediately. Manage all asset organization including style guides/assets, branding requirements, including neck labels, pad prints, hangtags, and trims alongside the Licensing Liaison Maintains flow of communication with the cross-functional teams to help educate and illuminate any issues with licensor submissions and identify efficiencies within our processes. ​ Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs

What You'll Need 2-4 years of licensing experience or a combination of e-commerce account management, graphic design, or product development experience in the apparel industry preferred. Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented & Proactive
