Location : Hybrid (Cleveland, OH), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Contract Duration : 1/7/2025 – 6/30/2025, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time

Position Overview The Digital Content, SEO, and UX Specialist ensures the organization’s website is up-to-date, accurate, user-optimized, and accessible for individuals of all abilities. The role involves building, maintaining, and improving webpages while adhering to branding and quality standards. This position requires close collaboration with clients, a commitment to superior customer service, and a proactive approach to resolving website issues.
Responsibilities Build and maintain webpages using best practices and general knowledge of web architecture. Design user-friendly and SEO-optimized websites, conducting user research, creating intuitive navigation, and ensuring responsive design across devices. Optimize content structure for usability and search engine indexing. Identify and integrate relevant keywords into website content and metadata. Track website traffic and user behavior to measure design and SEO strategy effectiveness. Select, edit, and properly size high-quality photos for webpages. Use tools like Siteimprove to identify and resolve errors related to spelling, accessibility, and performance. Conduct quality assurance checks prior to launching websites and monitor live sites for ongoing quality. Provide professional customer service and site maintenance support to clients. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in web design, computer science, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in website building. Expertise in SEO, UX design, and art direction. Proficiency in content management systems (Drupal preferred). Experience with Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop. Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Strong skills in website information architecture and content organization. Excellent computer skills, particularly with Mac and Google Suite. Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills. Consistent attendance and reliability.
