Flexible Shifts Available Sunday-Tuesday : 5:00 PM-5:15 AM Thursday-Saturday : 5:00 AM-5:15 PM Wednesday-Friday : 5:00 PM-5:15 AM Night Shifts

Your Role as a Flexographic Printing Press Operator Set up and operate flexographic presses with precision to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency. Work closely with the team to keep presses stocked and running smoothly. Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality initiatives. What They're Looking For Skills & Experience : High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of printing experience, including cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot Bonus Points For : Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities Stellar communication and teamwork skills A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
