About the Position: The
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
position is a part of the larger and expanding Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn and expand their knowledge of legal immigration, go-to-marketing strategy, social media marketing, and brand positioning. This candidate will be working with external agencies and internal partners to implement marketing strategies for long-term social media branding. The position offers a rich environment where the ideal candidate will be exposed to social media marketing and analytics, brand, product marketing, and communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in promoting legal services through social media channels.
Essential Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies pertaining to immigration law to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall traffic and leads to the firm. Create and edit content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the company website, that educate and informs the public about legal topics and services offered by the firm. Ensure content is compliant with legal advertising rules. Monitor social listening for firm’s integrated strategic campaigns across multi-channel platforms while responding to audience comments and messages. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and any content creation. Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and content; report trends and metrics to firm Partners. Engage with comments, messages, and followers on all firm social channels in a timely manner. Assisting the Marketing Director with daily tasks and projects. Help establish partnerships with other industry voices, news outlets, and leaders for content repurposing. Project managing the relationship between the video editor and the firm to ensure all content creation is executed in a timely manner. Responsible for the social media content calendar and keeping tasks up to date for execution. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements. Develop effective working relationships and communicate with attorneys, staff, clients.
Basic Qualifications: Associates Degree Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges Strong communication skills Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite + Canva At least one year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications (not required): Associates/Bachelor’s degree Fluent in Spanish or another language (Amharic, Arabic, French, Korean)
