SUMMARY This position assists the Sales Department in the area of Pricing & Promotions development and implementation. The Pricing and Promotion Manager provides assistance to Route Sales personnel, in the area of tablet training and problem resolution. Responsibilities also include the orientation of all new Route Sales personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands the scope of job responsibilities.

Cultivates relationships within the Company helpful to achieving the goal. Works with Key Account Manager's in the area of pricing and promotions to ensure timely implementation. Develops and provides promotional letters to District Managers and Key Account Manager for all of their accounts in a timely manner.

Manages the RSP Advisory Board, our Revolution baseball program.

Keeps Martin's promotional calendar accurate & forward looking and sets up all special promotions for accounts on a daily basis. Maintain the Ad planner calendar.

Demonstrates skills in problem solving. Provides Customer Service for price related questions, product location calls and account customer complaints.

Keeps accurate and timely records of all pricing actions. Provides price changes and weight changes to Accounting Supervisor to ensure accurate information is maintained in the Master Inventory file and ERMS.

Is administratively competent. Provides in writing price and weight changes to all Key Account Managers for Key Accounts, distributors and route sales personnel. Create and maintain weekly ad spreadsheet for all accounts and distributors. Set up and maintain all customer contracts for every account. Maintain the classification workbook.

Knows how to utilize and work with SIM and Dashboards

Plays an active and thoughtful role at KAM/RM meetings.

Meets goals on product line management.

Completes New Acct forms and updates route sequencing

Enters deals/pricing into the ERMS system

Communicates effectively with EACH manager according to his/her needs.

Data entry for Giant SBI Invoices

Daily Audit of all invoices with discrepancies and make corrections as needed.

Is Key representative of Sales department on Safety Committee. Demonstrates a positive role in sales department truck safety and driving safety.

Runs Routes when needed.

Distributes Credits as needed

Brand credit completed monthly

Works with the Distributor Acct Manager on the distributor promotional credits

Broker commissions by period

Assumes other duties as assigned, including help with Thomasville business.

Performs pricing audits in the market

Assists Route Sales People with tablet or printer issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma required; some college preferred and

Three to five years experience in route sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Excel

Valid driver's license.
