Title: Learning & Development Associate
Location: Raritan, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: 1 year
Pay Rate: $29.19
Summary: The Learning and Development (L&D) Associate will assist the Learning Supervisor in the development, implementation, and administration of training and professional development programs for employees. This role involves supporting various learning initiatives for the CAR-T division that align with the organization's goals, enhancing employee performance, and fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior team members to design training materials and content for workshops, online courses, and other learning formats. Provide onboarding support: Coordinating, Scheduling, Co-host Work closely with Learning Supervisor and subject-matter experts to ensure that learning and development strategies align with the organization’s objectives. Focus on onboarding as well as team focused initiatives such as innovative gamification and engagement. strong communication skills and ppt a must Support the process of identifying learning needs across the CAR-T division.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 2+ years of Instructional Design or Learning & Development experience Proficient in Excel, PPT, Instructional Design and Communications Event planning and support: AXONIFY initiative and Engagement support Must be organized, self-starter and have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Facilitation skills Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
