Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Creative Development Producer:
Partner with filmmakers to drive and execute the creative vision of Film/TV titles from inception to delivery Support and participate in developing the creative strategy on feature films, long-form series, and short projects Day-to-day management of the creative development and production of assigned projects Champion diversity and inclusion in all areas of the development process & department Partner with Global Head of Animation & Associate Producer to identify and adapt project milestones, and monitor creative progress Responsible for writer, director, and showrunner talent sourcing & matching Collaborate on the development of the slate, including crafting filmmaker briefs, leading creative working sessions, analyzing story structure, managing script analysts as needed Required Skills for Principal Creative Development Producer:
Excellent understanding of screenplay structure, character, and script analysis Deep knowledge of film/tv/theater and the entertainment industry, and strong interest in animation Deep industry contacts with writers & creative talent as well as agents, managers, and scouts Passion and understanding of the League of Legends universe and characters, and love for games in general Proven experience in talent sourcing & matching Strong time management, organizational & leadership skills 3+ years of experience in managing a project or a team 7+ years of experience in a relevant, comparable environment is required What’s in it for you?
