As a Product Manager for Consumer Experience at Samsung TV Plus, you will drive the strategic product vision and execution for the service. This key role will define product development for critical consumer-facing features that directly impact viewer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical experience with strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the consumer experience and outcomes that advance the business objectives.

About Samsung TV Plus: Samsung TV Plus is a growing destination for Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) and Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD) experiences. Launched in 2018, Samsung TV Plus offers a diverse range of live channels and on-demand content, providing an engaging viewing experience for users across 2016-2024 model Samsung Smart TVs and recent Galaxy mobile devices. It continues to expand its offerings and user base, solidifying its place as a leader in the streaming space.

Key Responsibilities: Lead consumer product lifecycle management, from conception to launch with continuous optimization. Define and maintain consumer product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Conduct comprehensive user behavior and market analysis to identify insights and opportunities. Translate those insights into actionable product requirements. Conduct A/B tests and user research to validate product hypothesis. Establish and track performance metrics for product success. Create and maintain product requirements documentation. Transform ambiguous challenges into well-structured, detailed action plans. Drive alignment across engineering, UX, marketing, legal, and business stakeholders in the US and South Korea. Present product plans and updates to senior leadership to get alignment. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Lead post-launch impact analysis efforts. Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, with emphasis in consumer-facing streaming services. Proven track record of building and launching successful products at scale. Strong proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis for product strategy and prioritization. In-depth knowledge of streaming industry trends and product development best practices. Demonstrated consumer-first approach to product development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as stakeholder management. Self-starter, curious, with a problem-solving attitude. MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
