What You'll Do
As a Technical Content Marketer, you'll join a rapidly growing marketing team to help define and expand our content marketing initiatives.
You'll be at the forefront of creating, managing, and distributing technical content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement with technical audiences, establishing Statsig as a thought leader in experimentation and data-driven product development. Collaborating with product, data science, engineering, and marketing teams, you'll craft content that showcases our technology's value and furthers our brand presence.

Responsibilities Content Strategy & Roadmap:
Define Statsig's content strategy to engage our target audience and drive growth across the funnel. You'll own the content calendar, which includes planning content across multiple mediums and tailoring it to technical audiences. Content Creation & Optimization:
Write and oversee technical blog posts, product overviews, whitepapers, and case studies. Continually update and improve existing content to enhance SEO and drive conversions, while repurposing content for maximum reach across various channels. Content Distribution:
Develop and implement distribution strategies from the planning stage onward. Collaborate with the campaigns team to maximize content reach and traffic, supporting broader marketing goals. Demand Generation & SEO:
Partner with the growth marketing team to align content with pipeline goals. Drive SEO initiatives to improve rankings and engagement, and create gated content to support lead generation. Content Measurement & Analysis:
Track and analyze content performance, prioritizing the content roadmap based on metrics such as brand visibility, traffic, and conversion rates. Continuously refine strategies to improve content effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration & Editing:
Work with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to source content ideas and insights. Act as the primary editor, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and meets quality standards. Brand & Storytelling:
Collaborate on crafting and amplifying the company story and vision with the founding team, product marketing, and PR, shaping a cohesive narrative across multiple channels. What We're Looking For
We believe you'll be an excellent fit if you bring: Experience in technical roles, such as software engineering, data science, solutions engineering, sales engineering, product marketing or other, similar functions A love of writing, and an established track record of writing - either as a part of your job or at work Equally comfortable writing and editing with a high quality bar Excellent project management capabilities Experience working closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders Strong ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution Proficiency in data analysis and content performance measurement, using insights to guide content strategy. Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and content optimization techniques. Ability to work on-site 5 days a week from our Bellevue, WA office.

Compensation & team structure
Compensation for this role ranges on the level of the hire; salary will fall roughly between $140K - $180K, with additional upside in the form of equity.
This hire will report to the Head of Marketing (Skye Scofield), and sit on a marketing team that includes a content marketer, events marketer, and PMM. This is an in-person role, based in Bellevue, Washington.
