About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing activities, including brand development, communications, social media, public relations, and digital marketing. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years experience in marketing and events, and at least 6 years in a management role. The role demands expertise in a variety of marketing and data analytics tools, as well as the ability to craft and execute integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic visions, influencing high-level leaders, and managing large volumes of data. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The Executive Director will be expected to be a self-starter, with a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
