The Role
BUILT is seeking a Creative Director. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic Creative Team and be responsible to create, manage, and produce design solutions for a variety of uses including website, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, social media content, and video & photography. This role will add value to the team and the end-product, directly impacting the consumers experience.
The Creative Director reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works cross-functionally with other members of the Marketing & Content team, and many teams across the organization, including but not limited to Brand Marketing, Retail, and Performance Marketing.

You understand evolving trends in media, entertainment, sports, and in the health landscapes because youve experienced them first-hand. Youre self-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are always looking for ways to grow and push yourself and those around you. Youre ready to take the initiative, bring new ideastaking risks are encouraged!
You Will
Translate business requirements into innovative and intuitive design solutions
Work with business stakeholders to identify needs, goals, and requirements of all creative projects
Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery; refine drafts and generate creative concepts. Managing complex creative projects from start to finish
Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the nutrition industry
Deliver on design requirements while staying on brand
Prepare and present work to internal teams including executive leadership
Take in constructive criticism and produce best-in-class work
Work in tandem with other designers, copywriters, and marketing personnel to continually refine and elevate design solutions for our routine media channels (social media, email, digital ads, etc.)
Incorporate changes recommended by leadership and partners into final designs
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing across all formats print, digital, and product packaging
You Are
A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and drive results in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
Experience in managing and executing video & photo productions
Ready to work hard and to put in the required time and energy to get the work done
Process-focused with ability to own and drive the creative project roadmap with internal and external teams
Creative, curious, and passionate about design and current trends
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier, After Effects); Emphasis on the use of InDesign & Illustrator
You Have
Bachelors Degree in fields related to graphic design
5-7+ years of experience in brand-focused companies; CPG is a plus
Experience working at a Creative Agency a plus
Prior experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director or Jr. Creative Director
A complete portfolio of past design and creative projects
The ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail and clean execution
Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills
Experience across multiple marketing mediums including digital, video, TV, print, etc.
