Position Overview

This role involves managing effective, innovative, and cost-efficient marketing campaigns, while collaborating closely with international promotional teams and development teams. The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee large AAA marketing campaigns with guidance from the Brand Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM):
- Create, manage, and execute Go-to-Market strategies, overseeing innovative marketing campaigns across North and South American territories.
- Manage multiple marketing projects from strategy to launch, utilizing data analytics to develop hypotheses, measure results, and inform future strategies.
- Lead and supervise the marketing campaign team.
- Collaborate across departments including sales, channel, public relations, legal, digital, licensing, and media teams to provide leadership and support.
- Work closely with international teams in Europe and Japan, as well as development teams, to maximize product sales.
- Partner with advertising agencies to produce integrated, high-impact media plans spanning digital, social, influencer, broadcast, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee creative agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets such as key art, trailers, websites, and online banners.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, negotiating and executing collaborations with endemic and non-endemic partners to enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with first-party partners, including Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, and Valve, to maximize sales potential.
- Plan and deliver engaging experiences at key trade show events.
- Provide on-site event support and serve as a media spokesperson, including live on-camera interviews.
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned products, in collaboration with the finance team.
- Report campaign performance to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across departments such as sales, public relations, legal, and media.
- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
