Starcom Global Data & Operations Team
manages client-specific operational tasks across virtually every practice area within the agency, including Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. We centralize and standardize fundamental work required across all pieces of business as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. We create a space for those whose strengths include being highly organized problem-solvers. We help differentiate Starcom from our competitors, and provide a critical foundation to new hires within the company, prior to potential rotations to other practice areas.

Partner with Global Strategy Team and Regional Media Leads to determine point for internal projects & client deliverables
Gain a deep understanding of the Visa Business, and the way the network is organized Develop perspective and gain an understanding of team R&Rs Develop relationships with peer community across the globe Participate in and/or lead team meetings
Lead all efforts related to Global Spend Reporting process, ensuring compliance, training & data accuracy
Work with Associates to spot check and govern all global spend data Deliver monthly Global Spend Report (GSR) via Flat-file integration into Datorama. Confirm monthly integration is processing accurately into GSR and MTC dashboards. Monitor and uphold client approvals and briefs. Train new team members regionally & locally on best practices Identify opportunities for enhancement, granularity & data clarity
Partner with 3rd Party ad quality vendor to ensure viewability, ad fraud, and brand safety are within Visa's required standards.
Manage campaign exemptions between market and client.
Offer administrative support, training and troubleshooting for AQS, Media Tools, Microsoft forms, Taxonomy Tools, and other agency systems Work together with Associate(s) and Senior Analyst on team roles and responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team
Manage workload and periodic client requests. Lead career development by providing management support, teaching tasks, coaching skills.
Client Facing Responsibilities:
Main client contact for MediaTools, Datorama GSR Dashboard, JIRA, and AQS. MediaTools client approval training - Visa use cases MediaTools training for both Publicis and Visa employees Support Senior Analyst on weekly client calls discussing AQS performance, Media Tools/Data Governance Support Senior Analyst training for all regional / local Publicis teams on key processes to support these tasks System Management:
Manage user access and audits Assist agency and client teams with data QA and troubleshooting Manage System updates and security requests Audit and compliance within IAS platform, MediaTools and Datorama JIRA ticketing system Microsoft forms for exemptions Agency Project Management/Assistance:
Coordinate monthly data validation across regions for Media Tools. Track regional agency compliance across all required Visa attributes within MediaTools and Digital Taxonomy. Serve as Media Tools resource to teams Monitor reports for AQS and deliver reporting to markets and client. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Applied Mathematics or related experience Proven track record of thinking bigger picture Proficiency in managing a high volume of work, even with overlapping deadlines An individual who equally cares about his/her own career as well as the Team The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly XLS and PPT (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key) Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science. Compensation Range: $110,580 - $173,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
