• Relationship Builder: Ability to connect with referral sources, case managers, and healthcare organizations to drive census growth.
• Strategic Visionary: Strong skills in identifying opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and executing business plans.
• Professional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent Tiburon Hills Care Center with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborative Leader: A team player who works effectively with the facility's leadership team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Driving census growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Overseeing marketing initiatives, community outreach, and branding efforts.
• Monitoring trends in the post-acute care space to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional resident transitions and satisfaction.
