This Spring internship position will be focused on maintaining fresh, new content for the company website, actively posting and sharing articles on social media, and assisting our financial advisors with other marketing efforts. Working directly with a financial advisor team, the successful intern candidate will gain exposure to the marketing plan and process and gain experience in promoting website and social media presence and activity.
The schedule will be flexible with a total of 15-20 hours per week in the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing major interested in working for a wealth management team. The selected candidate will gain broad exposure to marketing strategies and tactics; event marketing, and marketing within the investment industry.

Marketing
The right candidate will be a current or recent undergraduate or graduate student who possesses a strong academic profile and GPA and will be in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or business administration. An emphasis in finance is preferred.

- Email communications
- Press/media communications
- Presentation creation / graphic design
- Video production
- Event planning / logistics
- Web design / development
- Database management
- Social Media planning
Marketing
- Assist with presentation design
- Assist with developing high-quality email communications
- Write/edit for website, event app, and collateral
- Creation/editing of employee/speaker bios
- Assist with event logistics including A/V needs, agenda coordination, room capacity, catering, and design
The right candidate will be a current or recent undergraduate or graduate student who possesses a strong academic profile and GPA and will be in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or business administration. An emphasis in finance is preferred.
In addition, qualified candidates will have:
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Good judgment in decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, initiative, dependability, and team orientation
- Technical experience with the following:
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced experience in Excel and/or PowerPoint preferred
- Adobe Creative Cloud exposure, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are preferable
- Website management platform experience preferred. (ex. Hubspot)
- Email marketing platform experience a plus.
- Online Survey Technology experience a plus.
- Broad understanding of investment strategies and industry is a plus
