A Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for initiating, implementing, and tracking all marketing campaigns and promotions to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for initiating, implementing, and tracking all marketing campaigns and promotions to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookings for the hotel and membership sales.
  • Partner with Director of Marketing and hotel department leaders to enhance departmental revenue through targeted marketing campaigns and packages that align with business goals.
  • Measure and report impact of marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing and agency partners to manage and optimize the hotel's website, SEO, and social media presence.
  • Plan and execute hotel programming and events, including seasonal promotions, guest experiences, and special events to drive guest engagement.
  • Guide the design and production of print and digital collateral, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Facilitate and coordinate media visits, ensuring positive press coverage through engaging media relations.
  • Work with Revenue Management to ensure maximum potential of key marketing strategies including, but not limited to, third party websites.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the market.
