Our client is seeking a Broadcast Media Analyst to join their team. As a Broadcast Media Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Broadcast Media Analyst

Location: Knoxville, TN - HYBRID

What's the Job?

  • Manage the E-copy Traffic Inbox by processing traffic instructions daily and ensuring all tasks are completed by the 2pm revision deadline.

  • Implement accurate commercial copy based on agency instructions, including managing flight information and creative across multiple selling titles.

  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication with team members and external agencies to clarify traffic instructions and match deals.

  • Modify previously applied deals based on received revisions and ensure proper documentation of all changes.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to deadlines.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience with commercial copy and broadcast applications.

  • Understanding of broadcast traffic applications and their interdependencies with sales and operations.

  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Knowledge of overall operational and technical processes and system interdependencies.

  • Documented history of producing quality deliverables.
