Overview
The senior product marketing specialist acts as the key liaison with sales and product teams within specific business units to identify customer needs, develop content to meet those needs, and use marketing tools to deliver promotions through optimal channels and formats for each audience. The focus is mainly on market-facing promotions, with some overlap into employee brand empowerment. This person is a great listener and a clever storyteller, driven by ambition - with a passion for curiosity and experimentation.
In addition, the role will maintain marketing digital platforms mainly in terms of interfacing content. This requires knowledge of processes and vocabulary, with the ability to collaborate and manage strategic relationships with technical support vendors and contacts.
The product marketing specialist reports to the Marketing & Communications manager, working alongside the team's tradeshow, design and communications specialists on-site in Tulsa, OK with flexible work benefit.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic, value-driven messaging for product launches, campaigns and marketing materials.
- Act as a primary marketing partner to specific business units, aligning closely with sales and product teams to identify customer needs and marketing value add.
- Develop and implement custom emails and landing pages for key marketing campaigns.
- Leverage search engine advertising and manage paid search campaigns.
- Identify content & channel improvement opportunities by testing, collecting and analyzing engagement data across channels.
- Keep up with industry trends and make recommendations to help drive the company's marketing strategy initiatives.
- Work closely with external partner to coordinate Drupal website development and maintenance.
- Maintain external website content and operations.
- 5+ years in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating impactful content.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and paid media strategies is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in email marketing platform such as Hubspot Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred).
- Familiar with digital display advertising platforms (Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiar with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.
- Familiar with Drupal CMS.
