Our Content Marketing Specialist will support the efforts of the Marketing Department through creating content that generates leads and communicates the value of the Atlas School brand to the greater Tulsa community. We are looking for an individual who is excited to work across visual and textual media to accomplish this goal. This energetic creator will work closely with internal departments and external partners to support the Atlas School mission.Task & ResponsibilitiesWork with the Marketing Department to develop cohesive campaigns to drive new leads through paid and organic channelsDevelop further pathways for retargeting, lead engagement and lead nurturing across marketing channelsBuild and maintain content calendar, focusing on cross-department coordination to build a content repositoryFacilitate content capture at on-campus events and in the community, through photography, videography or other applicable mediumsBe familiar with our school catalog and necessary regulatory compliance when building marketing materialsAct as an ambassador of our brand guidelines internally and externallyExercise knowledge of the greater Tulsa technological ecosystem and support ongoing events and marketing campaignsBrainstorm and participate in marketing campaigns to create branding ideas, graphic designs, advertising copy and any necessary promotional materials to build brand awareness and drive leadsCultivate content to communicate brand values and objectives through long form content across channels optimizing for SEO and reach (e.g. blog posts)Build and document graphics for internal and external communicationsOrganize marketing materials for Atlas School and External Partner eventsPerform other duties as assignedWork ContextRequires sittingRequires public speakingRequires telephone and multimedia conversationsRequires face-to-face and virtual discussions with individuals and teamsRequires time outside of business hours, including evenings and weekendsRequires travelRequires meeting strict deadlinesRequires working indoorsRequirementsEducation & Experiences2 or more years of relevant work experience in the marketing, graphic design, or advertising ?eldsPreferred: demonstrated proficiency in long-form content writingSkills:Basic SkillsStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers.Strong presentation skills & must be detail oriented.Ability to deliver consistent levels of energy and enthusiasm.Thrives in an observation/coaching style environment.Pro-active problem-solving skills.Ability to handle frequent interruptions and work independently.Ability to foster creativity.Ability to master new technology tools with ease.Strong presentation skills and experience in interview settings.Open to constructive supervision and coaching.Preferred: experience with photography/video editing (not required).Preferred: working knowledge of the tech industry and general software development.Tools:Desktop ComputersLaptop ComputersEditing Software (Adobe Suite, Canva)Google SuiteSocial Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)Web Platform (Webflow)Maintaining Job Qualification Requirements Year-Over-Year:In-Service Training RequirementsIn-service training is provided to individuals fulfilling this position to enhance their skills set.
