As a Video Production Specialist you will:
- Enforce the corporate brand standards to maintain a consistent look within all materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring video concepts to fruition
- Attend pre-production meetings and make suggestions
- Set studio for different types of shoots - interview, teleprompter, green screen, backdrop, or other configurations
- Assist with recordings - in-studio, remotely, and at live events. Help mic talent, confirm sound quality, listen for audio interference or quality issues, track technical or talent glitches, adjust lighting, replenish batteries and data cards, and operate a camera
- Work with a variety of on-camera talent, from technical subject matter experts to c-suite executives
- Edit video from shot list, storyboard or script, and/or videographer direction, with an emphasis on storytelling
- Use discretion to vet requests based on company and department goals and resources
- Research and understand industry and design trends
- Support photography of events, employee headshots, and projects
- Support creation of video assets and digital projects, such as company apps, website, intranet, and digital signage
- Provide creative support for office and division events and activities
- Manage client expectations and complete projects with minimal direction

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in videography, media, communications, or related field required
- 5+ years of prior experience in a fast-paced, design-related role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, and other video editing software
- Operation of pro-level video camera and/or SLR digital camera
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure with ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
- Displays commitment to support overall efforts of the marketing group with the expectation that additional hours may be required
- Requires strong executive and client interaction skills
- Broad understanding of construction industry
- Availability for frequent local and out-of-town travel (10-25%)
