Position: AI Python Developer – Specializing in Machine Learning Models for Visual AI Detection

We specialize in leveraging cutting-edge technology to develop AI models for weapon detection, aggressive behavior analysis, and workplace safety compliance, such as hardhat and safety vest detection. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Python Developer to join our team and play a critical role in building, training, and deploying advanced machine learning models tailored for visual AI detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for visual AI detection, including but not limited to:

• Weapon and gun detection.

• Aggressive behavior detection.

• Hardhat and safety vest detection.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define model requirements, data needs, and project objectives.

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for task-specific implementations as needed.

• Preprocess and annotate datasets, ensuring high-quality data pipelines for training models.

• Implement and train AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.

• Integrate models into existing systems and deploy scalable solutions to production environments.

• Continuously evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI, computer vision, and NLP.

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code for long-term development cycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development, specializing in visual AI detection and computer vision.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Proven experience building and deploying AI models for object detection, behavior analysis, or related applications.

• Familiarity with image and video processing techniques using OpenCV or similar tools.

• Experience working with large datasets and data annotation processes.

• Knowledge of deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps practices.

• Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and their applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with YOLO, SSD, or similar object detection models.

• Knowledge of AI ethics and best practices for developing unbiased and robust models.

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and NLP integration.
