Summary: We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical Senior Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end paid media strategies with a focus on performance, growth, and efficiency in multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, CTV, and other ad platforms. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for paid media campaigns, managing and optimizing paid media spend across various platforms, and driving revenue for the business. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong execution skills.

Core role and responsibilities:

Media Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategic media buying plans across all major platforms (Google Ads,
  • Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and CTV) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to write clear, actionable creative briefs for the creative team, ensuring that ad creatives and copy are aligned with campaign objectives, audience preferences, and platform specifications

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage all aspects of digital media buying, including campaign creation, bidding, budgeting,and performance analysis
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance to optimize conversion rates
  • Ensure media spend and campaigns are aligned with financial goals
  • Monitor and adjust budgets based on performance, seasonality, and business priorities

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

  • Leverage advanced audience targeting strategies across platforms to drive customer acquisition and retargeting efforts
  • Build lookalike audiences and implement creative A/B testing for continuous optimization
  • Continuously analyze customer segments and target audience behaviors to identify opportunities for segmentation and campaign refinement
  • Use first-party data and third-party tools to enhance targeting strategies

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Use insights to customize campaign targeting and KPIs by channel
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns
  • Proactively review and restructure cross platform performance with MMM and Northbeam analytics data
  • Ensure all paid media campaigns are meeting or exceeding revenue and ROI targets, and provide insights into why certain campaigns succeeded or failed

Collaboration and Communication:

  • •Work closely with creative, content, and eCommerce partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and to provide actionable insights that drive improved performance

Innovation and Trend Awareness:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies Regularly assess competitive landscapes to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and ad creatives
  • Utilize data to improve your own campaigns and stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital media buying and performance marketing, with a focus on DTC
  • Strong background in managing large-scale paid media campaigns
  • Extensive experience managing Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, CTV
  • Knowledge of affiliate/influencer marketing and display networks is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify key insights, and optimize for better results
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, BI tools (Looker Studio, Looker, etc), and Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, eCommerce, and marketing teams
  • Ability to combine creativity and data to develop innovative, high-performance campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
