Our team is built to act as an extension to our clients Retail Media team, such as The Home Depot, to play a role in building a media network that's beneficial to their company and their advertiser partners. Our services include executive consultation, sales enablement, product marketing management, marketing & pr, monetization strategy and more.
The Managed Service Coordinator, Retail Media will be dedicated to supporting a new managed service offering on behalf of The Home Depot's retail media network. We are seeking a highly motivated media buyer and strategist to join our team and drive the success of The Home Depot's supplier partner campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the development of an industry leading retail media network.
You will work closely with our clients and their respective supplier partners to activate, optimize, analyze, and make recommendations for supplier retail media campaigns. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver against the desired goal(s). This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making retail media strategies come to life.
This role will report directly to the Strategy Supervisor of Managed Services at Trade School.

This role will report directly to the Strategy Supervisor of Managed Services at Trade School.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other team members to manage, optimize & report on 20-30 Home Depot supplier managed service campaign
- Assist in coordinating the delivery and optimization of creative assets to ensure they align with activation requirements and campaign goals
- Participate in conducting quality checks on campaign setups to ensure accuracy and compliance with media plan and supplier requirements
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Own the compilation of weekly campaign performance reports and quarterly campaign insights reports on behalf of suppliers, coordinating with other team members to outline recommended campaign optimizations and generating insights
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on campaign status, performance reports, and recommendations for improvement and additional upsell opportunities
Desired Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in media activation, ad operations, or a similar role is preferred;
experience within the retail media space is a plus - Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in media buying platforms, ad trafficking, and campaign management tools
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style
- Working knowledge of Digital Media platforms (Display, Streaming, Native, Social), Google, Meta, Pinterest, various DSPs and self-serve retail media platforms
