Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Operations: Oversee the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Ad Technology: Manage and optimize ad tech platforms like Adobe AAM, Target, Analytics, DoubleClick, DS3, Kochava, Branch I/O, etc.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, product, and technology teams.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad servers, ad tags, tracking pixels, and analytics tools.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
