About the Role:

As a Manager, Media Operations & Ad Technology, you will play a critical role in driving client's digital marketing efforts. You will lead the team responsible for managing ad technology, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Operations: Oversee the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • Ad Technology: Manage and optimize ad tech platforms like Adobe AAM, Target, Analytics, DoubleClick, DS3, Kochava, Branch I/O, etc.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, product, and technology teams.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad servers, ad tags, tracking pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.

    • Mobile Marketing
    • Data management platforms (DMPs)
    • Customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe Analytics)
