Job Description: Creative Advertising Manager Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle
Reports To: Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Creative Advertising Manager to bridge the gap between our paid media team and creative team. The primary focus will be on driving and managing creative strategies for our fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and driving toward established KPIs. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creative best practices for major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and will have a keen eye for industry trends. This individual will be highly proficient in project management, with an ability to streamline workflows, manage assets, and present creative performance to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Strategy Development: Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop strategies for key product promotions across paid media channels. Work cross-functionally with the merchandising team to understand new product releases and collection drops, and with the creative team to ideate and execute paid campaigns.
- Creative Ideation & Execution: Lead the ideation process for new advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Work with the creative team to request new assets or update/retouch existing assets for important campaigns. Coordinate with the influencer team to gather influencer and UGC content for use in advertising campaigns. Ensure this content is optimized for engagement and performance.
- Project Management: Be the primary connector between the creative team and the paid media team, facilitating the smooth execution of campaigns. Oversee the creative project pipeline from ideation to execution by developing and managing campaign and creative briefs. Maintain organization of all creative files via Google Drive and Dropbox. Use Asana to manage tasks, content calendars, and creative request forms. Ensure creative assets meet technical specifications for all platforms, and oversee timely delivery of assets and approvals. QA ad previews before launch.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Regularly use Google Sheets/Excel for creative briefing, data analysis, and reporting. Track creative performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform future creative strategies.
- Creative Performance Reporting: Take ownership of creative performance tracking, utilizing tools such as Google Slides to present insights to internal teams on a weekly basis. Work with the paid media team to optimize creative strategies based on CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, particularly on social platforms. Bring fresh ideas and innovative strategies to campaigns to maintain competitiveness and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in creative advertising roles, preferably within the fashion, beauty, and/or lifestyle industries. Proven experience developing successful paid media campaigns that are aligned with brand goals and drive measurable results.
- Platform Expertise: Proficient in creative best practices for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and influencer and affiliate platforms is a plus.
- Project Management Proficiency: Must be highly organized and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise with Asana for project management, Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis, and Google Slides for creative performance reporting is essential. Must be able to work effectively across teams to keep projects on track.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to connect creative performance with business outcomes. Ability to assess and analyze data to inform creative strategies, with a focus on optimizing CTR and CVR to scale ad accounts at an efficient ROAS.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with the paid media, creative, influencer, and merchandising teams. Ability to effectively present creative insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries, particularly in the realm of social media and paid social advertising. Knowledge of social media trends and creative formats that resonate with fashion-forward audiences.

- Can quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, and advertising opportunities that align with campaign goals.
Salary: $65k - $80k annually, depending on experience
