About the Role

Flow is seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic paid advertising. Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns, including search, display, video, and social media advertising, to ensure KPIs and business goals are met
    • Identify and create detailed audience segments for precise targeting through various channels, ensuring optimal ad reach and engagement
    • Perform ongoing campaign optimizations, including A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to drive performance improvements
    • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining efficiency within the allocated spend
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of digital ad campaigns with broader marketing goals
    • Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure strategies are up-to-date and competitive
Ideal Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
    • Strong knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click), Display Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, and other digital ad formats
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad management and tracking tools
    • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
    • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
    • Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
    • Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industry a plus
    • Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus


$70,000 - $95,000 a year
