Advertising Print Media Manager
The Print Media Supervisor coordinates with the Advertising department and other department leaders to determine the print advertising needs of the ministry. The Supervisor oversees print media personnel, assesses daily operations, and ensures efficiency and effectiveness in all print media projects.
Manage Communications
Communicate with Administration and various departments to determine general and specific print advertising needs. Set project timelines to develop requests into strong, attainable advertising plans that best fulfill these needs.
Oversee Department Personnel
Select staff members for open positions. Mentor and train current employees to optimize their skills. Establish clear levels of supervision within the print media team. Work with the Project Management team on project flow to ensure that deadlines are met, guidelines are followed, goals are achieved, and resources are well-used in all projects.
Assess Operations
Stay consistently involved in the daily operations of the print media team. See that all print media is accurate, high quality, updated, and compliant with ministry standards. Maintain a clear understanding of current strategies and work with the Advertising department to develop new, stronger strategies.
Ensure Efficiency and Effectiveness
Evaluate the current print advertisements to plan for improvements. Analyze group communications and strategies, department workflow, and staff to determine necessary improvements. Present research, propositions, and plans for improving group efficiency and project effectiveness.

Education
College Degree: Graphic Design (Required), Master's Degree: Graphic Design
Work Experience
3+ years in print media design, 4+ years in graphic design management
Physical Requirements and Skills
Adobe Creative Cloud, Business Management, Microsoft Applications, Oral Communications, Written Communication
