Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
- Manage and oversee multiple client projects, ensuring they are on track and aligned with client objectives.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities within our current and past clients.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Account Director and CEO on new business pitches and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proposal and RFP Support:
- Assist in the preparation of contract, bid, proposal, and RFP submissions to secure new business.
- Content Creation:
- Participate in blogging and content creation for the agency blog.
- Agency Brand Growth:
- Manage and contribute to the growth of the agency's brand.
- Events and Networking:
- Attend industry events and network to foster client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure project delivery.
- Negotiate with clients and vendors on behalf of the agency.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field.
- Proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve the company's overall growth goals.
