Position Summary: Watson is looking for someone with a good eye for design, the ability to express things well for marketing, and a love of sales. We create all our own advertising content and word copy and would love to have someone join our team who loves beauty and simplicity like we do! You are going to need some experience and gift in design and word expression, but we will help you learn everything about us in order to present to the public our services. We are looking for a sales-driven, creative, and customer-oriented person to join our home team. Skills/Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Excellent written communication (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Must be pleasant with others and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude
• Able to report on progress and communicate ideas to leadership
• Energetic, positive outlook on life
• Experience with Photoshop and Google suite programs
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media use
• Able to follow instructions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily posting and interaction on Facebook and social media marketing
• Customer service and sales for incoming leads via email, phone, Facebook, website, text, etc.
• Monitor advertising budget and refresh Google ad materials periodically
• Monitor local markets and competition and keep the leadership up to date with discoveries
• Generate new ideas and initiatives for promoting sales growth. Communicate ideas/vision to sales director.
• Market online through sites such as Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, and other online buy/sell sites.
• Be an expert in the Watson sales process especially as it functions with on-line sales
• Other duties as required by managers

Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED

Work Environment:

• You will be located in our home office. You will spend most of the day online, engaging with customers, responding to leads, creating advertising content, and doing research. The ability to stay attentive and on task is crucial. You need to be able to work closely in a team, and be self-driven on a daily basis.
