We are seeking a part-time Digital Advertising Sales Representative to support local Accredited Businesses with digital marketing opportunities. Position Goal:

The part-time Digital Advertising Sales Representative for the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio (BBBCO) uses their dynamic personality and sales ability in an existing market to generate the use of BBB's digital marketing platforms. This position helps generate and develop sales for marketing campaigns both locally and within other BBB regions. The Digital Advertising Sales Representative is responsible for both new sales and renewals of existing marketing advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing and Promotions, this role calls for a skillset that creates ongoing relationships to build strong localized campaigns to support those businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute a successful sales cycle that includes outreach, education, customer service and management of campaigns.
  • Assume a role in developing & executing strategies to build a strong book of active participating businesses focusing on the Accredited Business' needs.
  • Execute day-to-day communication using a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales techniques to highly detailed marketing plans.
  • Create new customers by working through lead lists and independently generated lists of businesses that would benefit from marketing campaigns with the BBB.
  • Track results and communicate to the Director of Regional Marketing & Promotions.
  • Follow through with new potential sales leads on a monthly basis.
  • Identify and engage new customers for marketing campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Requirements, Education:

  • 1+ years or marketing/media sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or significant sales experience. Advertising, marketing or related filed experience preferred.
  • Experience with increased sales growth.
  • Understanding of ad sales and digital marketing (Google, YouTube, Display).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build sales knowledge quickly.
  • Able to work independently with strong time management skills.

Job Type: Part-time with flexible hours between M-F 8 am - 6 pm

Compensation: 100% commission, bonus opportunities, 2-weeks paid training
