Description

As a PMT, you will own Advertising Trust's taxonomy, the single source of truth for programmatic policy application.

AT is developing a comprehensive label taxonomy that must be versatile enough to accommodate all ad types and assets, including video, images, audio, and more. The taxonomy is always evolving with our Ads business and must be flexible enough to support new business growth, new ad products, and more. The taxonomy is consumed both by internal AT teams and partner teams and requires a full product lifecycle, including change management, release cadence, versioning, and more.

As the PMT, you will define new KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to measure the health and effectiveness of our taxonomy. This will allow us to continually assess and improve our labeling system.

The ideal candidate will drive product thinking with a strong customer obsession and awareness of industry-wide trends, with the ability to identify the best direction for Amazon, our customers, and unique advertising offerings. Our mission is to define the right moderation capabilities to protect shopper trust while helping advertisers succeed on Amazon.
