Location: New York or Los Angeles Office (Managing North America Sales Team)
We are seeking a highly motivated Advertising Sales Manager to lead and expand our North American sales operations across seven regional territories.
Responsibility
- Fully understand the U.S. advertising media market environment and have a solid grasp of the national media market.
- Oversee the cooperation and maintenance of the company’s advertising resources while driving the development of new resources.
- Develop departmental sales targets and assign sales goals to account managers, while supervising media management activities.
- Guide account managers in securing advertiser contracts, monitor client situations, report client dynamics to the General Manager in a timely manner, and establish comprehensive client profiles.
- Assist company leadership in conducting effective and thorough analyses of the company's operational performance. Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations and provide actionable recommendations for workflow optimization.
- Control departmental costs and offer strategic media investment suggestions to company leaders based on financial assessments.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering team development, culture, and performance management.
- Integrate internal and external resources, establish effective information channels, and provide strategic recommendations to support the company’s growth. Fully understand the company’s advertising products to deliver targeted solutions and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry clients, nurture existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and achieve advertising sales goals. Analyze client needs to deliver creative solutions and consulting services. Ensure the timely collection of payments from advertising clients.
- Formulate advertising strategies and execution plans in alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction and development goals. Achieve the company’s operational targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- 全面负责公司广告资源的合作维护及新资源的开发;制定部门销售任务及客户经理销售任务,监管媒介管理工作;
- 指导客户经理完成广告客户的签约,并对客户的情况进行监控,及时向总经理反映客户动态,建立完整的客户档案;
- 帮助公司领导层对公司运营状况作出有效、全面的分析,协调公司内部相关配合部门,保证公司正常运营,并对公司工作流程提出有效的建议;
- 控制部门成本,根据公司财务状况及时向公司领导提供合理的媒体投资建议;
- 负责培养销售团队、团队建设、团队文化及绩效的建设管理工作;
- 整合公司内外资源,建立有效的信息渠道,为公司发展提供良好的建议;充分熟悉公司广告产品知识,为客户提供针对性的产品及服务;
- 负责跟进、维护行业客户关系,维护老客户,挖掘新客户,完成广告销售任务;分析客户需求,为客户提供创意方案、咨询服务;负责部门合作客户广告款项的及时回款;
- 根据公司战略及发展规划,制定广告运营策略与执行计划,完成公司运营指标。

Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, including 1+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Basic understanding of internet media.
- Strong customer service mindset; broad interests and passion for the advertising industry, with knowledge of full-process advertising campaign planning.
- Excellent ability to capture client needs, strong organizational and coordination skills, project management expertise, and logical thinking.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proposal preparation experience.
- Outstanding time management and process control skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure; a strong team player.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Must be based in New York or Los Angeles, willing to work in the office daily, and open to occasional short-term travel.
