RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Production Artist include, but are not limited to:

Production and Quality Control:

• Prepare and manage complex print and digital files for various production projects.
• Ensure all print and digital production processes meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production processes.

Project Management:

• Manage time to properly maintain production project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Adhere to production budgets and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Continuously improve skills related to print production and project management.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Proficiency in using print production and project management software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of various printing techniques and processes.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production.
• Proven experience managing complex files and projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote freelance position. The role demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings requiring clear speech and hearing. Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.
