**Seeking seasonal hires with potential for full-time positions.**

Adrenalin Attractions is seeking Scenic Artists/Fabricators with strong expertise in sculpting, painting, advanced woodworking, and mold & casting. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie or theater production workshop, or makeup & effects studio. You will play a key role in creating high-quality scenic elements, sculptures, props, and set pieces that meet our projects' creative and technical standards.

We specialize in activations, statuaries, props, organic sculptures, lighting special effects, and more, delivering unmatched themed environments and immersive experiences. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes one of the worlds largest 3D resin printers, a full range of 3D printing technologies, and advanced CNC machining. Our skilled team of scenic artists, sculptors, designers, craftsmen, and fabricators brings clients concepts to life through innovative fabrication techniques that blend contemporary and traditional methods, offering cost-effective and time-efficient solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Extensive expertise in advanced woodworking and sculpting with materials like foam, resin, clay, and fiberglass.
- Skilled in scenic painting, finish coatings, mold making, and casting.
- Proficiency with advanced tools such as radial arm saws, CNC hot knives, band saws, vacuum formers, and paint booths.
- Knowledge of 3D printing and CNC machining operations.
- Proven experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie or theater workshop, or similar environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and concept art.
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetics, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication.
- Experience with project management software for tracking tasks and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Sculpt and fabricate detailed scenic elements
- Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Apply advanced painting techniques for realistic textures and finishes.
- Participate in mold-making, casting, and resin applications with high standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during the fabrication process, ensuring on-time project delivery.
