Experienced Lash Artist Job at Amber Michelle Salon in Flower Mound

We are currently looking for a Lash Artist at Amber Michelle Salon in Flower Mound At Lakeside DFW.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)-

• Develop and maintain a consistent and professional relationship with client base in order to ensure client retention.
• Have a positive, respectful, and friendly disposition with all clients and co-workers to sustain a pleasant work environment.
• Proactively attract and develop new clients via social media/advertising outlets, client referrals, word-of-mouth, etc.
• Perform initial client consultation in order to determine what services the client needs.
• Provide all offered services to clients such as facial waxing, lash extensions, lash tint, lash lift, brow tint, and other services as client desires.
• Emphasize and explain product benefits and assist clients in the selection of products and/or services for their lash and brow needs.
• Maintain and adhere to safety standards and cleanliness expectations of the salon and common areas according to TDLR regulations.
• Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Experience with lash extensions and/or lash lifts and tints preferred
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Demonstrate pleasant and appropriate salon etiquette
• Excellent listening and verbal skills
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Current Cosmetology/Esthetician License REQUIRED
• Team player, responsible, dependable
• High personal standards and values
• Excellent guest service and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure without letting that pressure show to the guest
• Effective communicator
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Salon Iris Software Experience is a PLUS
• Reliable Transportation Required
