RS&H is currently seeking a Senior 3D Visualization Artist to join the RS&H Visualization team for the Moving I-4 Forward project located in Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality 3D visualizations, animations, and renderings for architectural and engineering projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and visualizations for a variety of AEC projects, including architecture, infrastructure, and urban planning.
- Develop photorealistic renderings and animations to support project presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet client expectations.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, & After Effects) to produce high-quality visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization technology and software.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior visualization artists and assist in their professional development.
- Ensure quality and consistency meet project standards and specifications.
- Maintain organized files, documentation, and version control for 3D assets and projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, or animation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to deliver comprehensive project debriefings.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, shader development, lighting, rendering, and camera animation.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray.
- Advanced knowledge of post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating photorealistic visualizations and animations to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Unreal Engine game engines for real-time rendering and interactive content is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a 3D visualization artist in the AEC industry is strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in 3D Visualization or related field preferred.
