- Setting up and running video and web conference events
- Troubleshooting all audio-visual equipment issues
- Providing excellent customer service
- High work ethic and determination to succeed
- Experience in various computer technology
- Can work with
- Audio and video equipment (AV mixer interfacing, media players, microphones,) * * IP network equipment (Ethernet and AVB cables) * * Computer systems (PC operating systems)
- Ability to provide friendly customer service
- Fun work environment
- Work with different customers every day

- Audio Visual Installation: 1-3 year (Preferred)
