Role: Audio Visual Specialist
About the Role: White-glove Daily support of Client Conference Center Meetings in Conference Rooms with integrated Audio-Visual Equipment. Support of a Multipurpose/Auditorium Event space with full production Audio, Video, and Hybrid (Video Conf) equipment. Virtual Webinar & Meeting Support for events happening onsite and virtually.
Responsibilities:
- 4-5 years Audio Visual Experience
- Experience with Video Conferencing
- Experience with Hybrid Platforms (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams & others)
- Experience working in a Conference Centers or Hotels is a plus
- Experience in Video Production or Studio work is a plus
- Business professional environment experience is plus
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint experience is preferred
- Experience with Cisco Control Hub, Polycom Manager, Triple Play, and Accruent EMS Scheduling is a plus
