Job Information

The Audiovisual Technician collaborates with SNA leadership and executes events to produce technical, design, and engineering deliverables that lead to ultimate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The Audiovisual Technician must be friendly, creative, able to learn on the fly, and have an interest and proficiency in technology. This position will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the set and strike of audiovisual equipment for daily events, inventory management, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is highly influential in leading meetings for customers based upon sound, technical analysis. Ability to communicate effectively with the executive management level of both customer and internal teams, within the Enterprise space to gain alignment and commitment is required.


  1. Uses daily cover sheets to determine the equipment scheduled for set up and for strike
  2. Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely set up, operation and strike of basic audiovisual equipment
  3. Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day
  4. Maintains and cultivates positive public relationswith the Hotel account
  5. Maintains positive employee relations
  6. Effectively utilizes the company's business software
  7. Ensures client billing is completed accurately and on-time
  8. Maintains a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and image of self and company
  9. Manages onsite inventory according to company standards
