Marketing & Communication Specialist
The Marketing & Communication Specialist, responding to the Group Marketing & Communication Manager based in Italy, will be responsible for driving TKOI's marketing efforts to support business growth and brand development. The main objectives include increasing brand visibility in the U.S. market, supporting the sales team with effective marketing materials, and ensuring that all communication aligns with the company's overall strategy. The role will also involve managing both digital and offline marketing initiatives, while coordinating closely with the HQ team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement target marketing campaigns, including:
Brand Management: Strengthen and protect our brand identity in the U.S. market.
Market Research: Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

- Planning and execution of events/trade fairs
- Creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Digital marketing initiatives (social media, email marketing, website content)
Brand Management: Strengthen and protect our brand identity in the U.S. market.
Market Research: Identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Internal Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between the U.S. team and the Italian headquarters.
- Ensure alignment with overall company strategy and messaging.
- Organize events and internal communications to promote a positive corporate culture.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM, Mail up, CMS (WordPress), Microsoft Office 365 Suite, InDesign.
